Dr. Barthold combines nearly 30 years of behavioral science experience with wellness coaching and trauma-informed care. She supports clinical excellence and professional growth at Innovation Behavior Services, helping teams translate research into meaningful, individualized support plans. She earned her BCBA in 2001 and is uniquely credentialed as both a Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral and a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). She is also trained in Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACTr)

John manages operations, scheduling, and insurance coordination with reliability and care. His experience in navigating coverage and logistics helps families feel confident and clear about next steps as they begin services.
