Tiered Services (BCBA+Technician)
In this model, a clinician conducts a thorough assessment, collaborates with you to set meaningful goals, and develops a personalized treatment plan. A trained technician provides day-to-day sessions under the ongoing supervision of a BCBA. We focus on building skills that matter, such as communication, daily living, and self-management, while reducing behaviors that may interfere with home, school, work, and community life.
Tiered services are available in Kent County and some nearby areas of New Castle and Sussex counties. Contact us to confirm availability in your community.
Therapeutic Consultation
We provide Therapeutic Consultation behavioral services for individuals with Autism, ID/DD, and dual diagnoses through the Virginia DBHDS waiver. Our clinicians partner with caregivers and support teams to create clear, effective behavior support plans that improve daily routines and reduce challenging behavior.
We offer:
• Functional behavior assessment
• Prevention and de-escalation strategies
• Step-by-step behavior support planning
• Coaching for caregivers, DSPs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Tools that can be used confidently at home, in the community, or at work
Therapeutic Consultation Services are offered primarily via telehealth. Hybrid services may be available when clinically necessary.
Available in: Virginia (DBHDS waiver or private pay only). Available in Delaware and Massachusetts through some insurance plans and private pay.
Caregiver & Family Training / Coaching
Caring for someone you love shouldn’t feel like guesswork. Our coaching gives you clear, step-by-step strategies you can use every day; at home, school, work, and in the community. Your clinician partners with you to define what success looks like for your family, then teaches practical tools to build communication, daily living, and self-management skills while preventing and de-escalating challenging behavior.
We also recognize that different people need different roles. We tailor both the training and the response plan to the individual client and to the person using it: caregivers, teachers, support staff, and siblings. Everyone gets clear, doable actions matched to their responsibilities and comfort level.
You’ll learn how to spot patterns, set up the environment for success, respond consistently, and track progress in ways that fit your life. We collaborate with teachers, support staff, extended family, and other providers so everyone is moving in the same direction.
Coaching is available as part of Tiered ABA Services and Therapeutic Consultation. We offer secure telehealth services across DE, MA, and VA. The goal is simple: confidence and calm—skills that travel with you wherever you go.
Independent Behavior Evaluations for IEP/School Supports
When schools or families need a clear picture to guide IEP or 504 planning, we conduct neutral, comprehensive evaluations: records review, interviews, in-school observation, FBA, and a concise written report. We align recommendations with classroom routines and district processes, and collaborate with the IEP team to translate findings into supports that work.
