Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Positions

Innovation ABA is searching for part-time RBTs in Delaware to provide the highest-quality services to children on the autism spectrum. We provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis in various settings, including in-home and in the community. Don't have an RBT certification? Don't worry we'll help you earn it.

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Our services aim to improve behavioral, social, and adaptive skill functioning. Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions from a BCBA and accept feedback is essential. The preferred candidate is patient, reliable, organized, willing to accept direction, and professional. They are respectful of the client's right to privacy. They are flexible and understand that various life circumstances may affect their clients and their families. yet they remain committed to helping. The ideal candidate is also prompt and accurate with communication and documentation. In addition, candidates must demonstrate a commitment to serving a population of individuals with challenging behaviors. This professional must be willing to perform therapy services both in-home and in-community settings.

Most positions have therapy hours between 4 PM and 7 PM.


RBT RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:


  • Read and follow directions accurately
  • Reliably attend all sessions and required meetings
  • Implement therapeutic behavior plans created by a BCBA using ABA Therapy techniques with children
  • Consistently and accurately collect and record scientific data during therapy sessions
  • Communicate in a courteous, timely, and accurate manner with clients, colleagues, and administrative staff
  • Obtain/maintain relevant time-sensitive required training and credentials (RBT, CPR/BLS, etc.)
  • Attend mandatory training and meetings


We currently have PART-TIME positions available. We are willing to help the right individuals obtain their RBT Certifications. Minimum weekly commitment is 10 hours per week, Monday through Friday between 4 PM and 7 PM
