Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Student Clinicians, and Student Positions

The preferred candidate is a self-starter who is reliable, organized and professional. This professional must be willing to perform therapy services mainly in the homes of the families served as well as in a clinic setting. Clinicians are also responsible for the supervision and training of  RBTs. The ideal candidate is also prompt with communication and documentation. In addition, candidates must demonstrate a commitment to serving a population of individuals with challenging behaviors.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Supervising, training, and providing feedback to non-certified staff (RBTs/Students)
  • Assessment
  • Creating and updating client goals and treatment plans using only evidence-based practices
  • Document therapy sessions in medical records per program requirements and business policy
  • Analyzing data taken by therapy teams and making treatment decisions
  • Attending meetings with family members and therapists
  • Providing training and feedback to parents, as needed
  • Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with community agencies and other resources as a part of the client’s care.
  • Formulate intake and discharge plan in coordination with the treatment team, client, family and outside agencies, as appropriate.

  • Basic computer skills 
  • Adherence to the BACB Ethics Code. 

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:  Master’s degree
Certification/License:  Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
Experience:
•    Must possess the ability to make sound clinical decisions independently
•    Must be able to apply clinical judgment, ethics, and accountability to formulate best practices in quality of care.

We will consider accepting those within 6 months of sitting the BCBA Board Exams for clinical student positions. 

We will consider accepting students who are more than 6 months from sitting for the Board exams for paid field placements.
