Innovation Behavior Services offers ABA Therapy as well as Caregiver Training, Organizational Behavior Management, and Consultation. 

At Innovation Behavior Services, improving lives is our first priority. Our Mission is to help people live fulfilling, productive, and happy lives  
 using ABA Therapy while collaborating with other stakeholders on our client's team including the Client, Parents, Caregivers, Teachers, Speech Therapists, OT, PT, doctors and school district personnel.

We specialize in Autism Spectrum Disorders but also treat other diagnoses such as Developmental or Intellectual Delays, ADHD, ODD, Pervasive Developmental Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, OCD as well as others. The goals of services are to improve behavioral, social, and adaptive skill functioning; therefore, we provide therapy services using a one-on-one, tiered approach to Applied Behavior Analysis that is individualized to meet the needs of the people we serve.

In Delaware, we offer both home-based and clinic-based services.,

In Houlton, ME  we will offer clinic-based services beginning in February 2018 but are accepting clients for evaluation now.  (contact us at 207-619-0533 to set an evaluation date) 

We are led by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, (BCBA) and maintain the national board's standards for training of all our technicians (RBT certification). We are members of the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts, Association of Behavior Analysis International, Delaware Association of Behavior Analysis and The Association for Maine Behavior Analysis. 
We help improve communication skills, social skills, self-care/self-help skills, independent living skills, play skills, group interaction skills, increasing productivity, decreasing maladaptive behavior and more!  
For schools, parent groups and agencies, we provide consultation, design and deliver training to your organization.
We also provide supervision for students preparing to take their exams with the certification board. 


Our Founder Maureen Foss, MS, BCBA, LBA earned her BASW at the University of Pittsburgh and her MS at St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia.  She has worked in a variety of settings but the focus of her career over the last several decades has been to increase skills and reduce maladaptive behavior in order to make lives more enjoyable and to open opportunities for others.  She has worked towards deinstitutionalization for people with a variety of disabilities in several states.
